Blairgowrie & Rattray Community Football Trust will be delivering a Football Memories programme for individuals with early stages of memory loss, dementia, or Alzheimer's - starting in January!
A relaxed reminiscence programme designed to cater for the needs of each individual, and get everyone chatting about their footballing experiences!
Each session, the group will create their Scottish XI, based off of cards that have been provided by Football Memories Scotland. Each card has a photograph of the player, with a blurb on the back. The group then try and guess the player, and decide if they make the team!
Throughout the first half, the group will pick their Goalkeeper & Defenders. Pies and hot drinks will then be served at half-time, and members of the group will return to pick their Midfielders & Forwards in the second half.
All sessions will take place at our facility - The Stadium, Davie Park.
