End of Year

18/12/2023

Hello everyone.

Christmas and the approach of the New Year is always a good time to reflect on the year past and look froward to New Year.

It has been another very busy year for the Club and its members.

It is difficult to higlight in this short meassge everything that has taken place both on and off the park. A few major ones below

New boys and girls teams established.

The walking football team held its first competitive game

The womans senior team also formed and having friendly games.

Another Community Development Officer appointed in Chelsea Tindall who will work alongside Lawrie both in and out of the local schools in developing healthier lifestyles and exercise as well as developing new boys and girls teams from an early age.

Finally, some really exciting news to end the year on, we have secured enought funding to build new changing rooms, social space etc at the Davie Park. There will be further information on this in the New Year.

On behalf of the Trustees and the subcommittee I want to thank everyone who is either playing, training, coaching, helping assist with teams on or off the park and the Club in any way at ll, so a Big Thank You.

We hope and trust that you will all be able in some way to enjoy the Festival Holiday Break and let us all work together to ensure that 2024 is another exciting year for the Club.
